Keynotes: Injuries to soft tissues, worse touch, trauma to body and mind. Use first in bruising, bleeding and disorders of muscle and the heart. Concussions, contusions, hematomas, nose bleeds. Fear of being touched or bumped again. Soreness as if beaten. ARNICA should be used in ALL cases of injury and surgical interference, especially dental extraction. Can be used as lotion or ointment. Better from rest and lying down.
